- Servant Leadership. We believe in Jesus’ model of leadership and that those with higher positions of authority have greater obligation to serve and support, and not coerce.
- Priesthood & Prophethood of All Believers. We believe every believer has something to contribute and can be actively involved in God’s mission and be a voice of mercy and justice.
- Capacity Focused Development. We believe in focusing on the assets individuals and communities already have, including gifts, skills, talents, abilities, and building from there instead of merely concentrating on endless needs.
